Wyoming High School Boys Swimming and Diving State Meet: When it snows outside, that means some high school athletes will take one last dip in the pool.
The Boys Swimming State Meet begins today in Cheyenne at East High School.
The Class 4A preliminaries are today beginning at 2pm and the finals are tomorrow at 10am.
Sheridan High School Senior Ben Forsythe is the 2-time defending state champ in both the 50 yard freestyle and 100 yard breaststroke races.
The Class 3A preliminaries are tomorrow beginning at 4pm and the finals are on Saturday at 10am.
Sheridan HS Boys Basketball: The Sheridan boys have already secured the #1 seed for the upcoming 4A East Regional Tournament, but the team still has 2 more games to play between now and then.
The Broncs have been doing their own thing on the court, while all the other 4A East teams have been beating each other, in an attempt to jockey for seeding.
Sophomore Johnny Spielman says all that Sheridan can do for now is fine tune a few things.
Junior Brayden Brutlag says the Broncs will continue to do business as usual.
Sheridan plays tomorrow at Campbell County and then concludes the regular season one week from tomorrow at home vs. Thunder Basin.
Denver Nuggets Basketball: NBA teams are back in action now that the All-Star break is over.
The Denver Nuggets are scheduled to play today at the LA Clippers.
Tip-off is scheduled for 8:30pm.
The team also plays tomorrow at Portland and on Sunday at Golden State.
