Sheridan HS Football: The Sheridan Broncs are on the road today to take on Kelly Walsh.

The Trojans have the 3rd best rushing attack in Class 4A, but they also have the worst pass defense.

Sheridan Head Coach Jeff Mowry says he expects the Trojans to put some sort of wrinkle into their own game plan.

Kickoff from Casper is scheduled for 6pm.

You can watch the LIVE video stream of the game at sheridanmedia.com and on the Sheridan Media Facebook and Youtube pages.

Shane Parker will have the LIVE radio play-by-play on AM 1410 KWYO and 106.9 FM.

Big Horn HS Football: Big Horn is at home this afternoon against Burns, in what will be a first place battle in the 2A East.

The Broncs have been getting it done on defense as the team is the 3rd best at stopping the run and 1st against the pass.

Rams Head Coach Kirk McLaughlin says the numbers don’t lie and he’s also not over-looking the opposing offense either.

Kickoff from Big Horn is scheduled for 1pm.

Tongue River HS Football: Tongue River is back at home this evening as they host Newcastle.

The Eagles’ defense is hanging around the middle of the pack in Class 2A, but the team is still trying to find some consistency in their offense.

Normally when one team scouts another, they look at video from the most recent game, but after seeing how Big Horn took Newcastle apart last week, TR Head Coach Steve Hanson says there’s nothing that can be learned about the Dogies based on the last game alone.

Kickoff from Tongue River is scheduled for 6pm.

Sheridan/Johnson County HS Volleyball: Sheridan is scheduled to compete today and tomorrow at the Casper Invitational.

The Lady Broncs will take on Natrona County, Campbell County, and 3A Worland today.

Kaycee plays tomorrow at the Lusk Invitational.

Sheridan HS Tennis: The state tournament continues today in Gillette.

For Sheridan, all doubles teams, boys and girls, as well as Ella Bilyeu at Girls #1 Singles have advanced to the semi-finals.

A win today would put them in tomorrow’s state championship match.

If they lose in the semi-finals, then they’ll have to play again today, to play in tomorrow’s 3rd place match.

In the team standings after 1 day, the Sheridan boys are tied for 1st with Campbell County, while the girls are tied for 2nd with Thunder Basin and trail Cheyenne Central by 2 points.

Sheridan/Johnson County HS Cross Country: Sheridan is scheduled to race today at Rapid City, South Dakota.
