Bryce Child Of Sheridan HS To Play Soccer At Laramie County CC

A Sheridan High School Soccer Senior will get to play at the collegiate level in front of more of his family.
Bryce Child has signed a written offer of athletic aid to compete at Laramie County Community College in Cheyenne.
He says he was born in the capital city, is familiar with the area and has family there that have not seen him play.
Child adds he was impressed with the team culture at LCCC and explains what it was that impressed the coaches.
“I’ve moved positions the last couple of years. I used to play a forward and I went to a left back, so I would say my speed and IQ of the game, because you can be a good player but not have any IQ, and so the IQ of the game, understanding where to go to next and move without the ball is really important and that’s what I’m really good at, and so I think that was a big factor.”
Child says he is considering majoring in business.
College Soccer is a fall sport, and Laramie County CC went 8-5-2 this past season.
