Edgar Henry Donnor “Fast Eddie” age 97 passed away peacefully & comfortably in his home in Dayton, WY. Originally from Lincoln, England, Eddie served in the Royal Air Force toward the end of WWII, becoming an expert on this subject. He was preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Margaret Irene Bush, whom he married in 1952. In 1954, they began a trip that would last a lifetime. Sailing to Quebec Canada he worked for a while, and later they traveled to Michigan where they stayed with family until setting off again, eventually settling in Seattle, WA raising 4 children, Beverly, Robert, Georgina & Elizabeth. His wandering spirit took the family traveling all over the west. Eddie was blessed with 10 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-granddaughter. A true legacy that will go on “forever”. Margaret passed in 2013. In 2016 Eddie moved with his daughter, Gina at Gallery on Main where you would see him relaying stories, working crossword puzzles or beating many in a game of pool. He brought with him his jewelry business, many will now have a “piece of Eddie” to remember him by. Travelers became friends and returned to experience another story or share a glass of wine with him… a true legend who will be missed dearly but will live forever in many people’s hearts.

A celebration of life will be scheduled in Spring when all his family can attend.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his name to: Tongue River

Valley Pathways PO Box 406, Dayton, WY 82836 or call Gina 307-751-3766
