Unclaimed Remains: Gary Lynn Wheeler
This release serves as Public Notice that the remains of the following individual of Sheridan, Wyoming, have not been claimed by next of kin for disposition, or no next of kin has been found for Gary Lynn Wheeler, DOB 08/12/1955 (Age 68).
The date of death of this individual was 05/19/24. Per Wyoming statute 07-4-207(a), the time frame of five days since the discovery of the death has passed on 05/24/2024. On that day, without claimant and per the statute, the Coroner of Sheridan County will start the process to see to the disposition as indicated by the policies and procedures of said county. Any and all persons in the community of interest at this time, or friends of the deceased, regardless of relation or affiliation with the deceased, may make a claim upon the body for disposition. Anyone who wishes to make a claim should call the coroner’s office at 307-675-9935

This is my Uncle. We are just learning of his death. So many questions. I am looking to find out how to claim him now.

Gary’s mother her name was Donna his father was Rodney although they were long separated house had a son named Rodney and the wife named Becky I met Gary when he was living in Aurora Colorado we got to be best friends and always in the army medical corps and his mother Donna had lived and died in Logan Utah had a brother named Joel lived in mission Viejo California who I talked to once on the phone looking for Gary Gary was o a truck driver and you worked out of West Memphis Arkansas and lived there for a while in 1993 he was on trial in Logan Utah on a domestic violence issue with Becky for which he was acquitted after being arrested in Denver I hope this information helps I’d like to see him get laid to rest
