Sheridan County Approves Oakley Acres Minor Subdivision

The Sheridan County Commission has approved the Oakley Acres Minor Subdivision after reviewing the application at this week’s meeting.

County Planner Mark Reid explained that Daniel and Laurie Roberts filed a subdivision permit for a property located about two miles southwest of the City of Sheridan.

No comment was offered during the public hearing, and the commission voted to approve the application with the two conditions.
