County Accepts Funding for Drug Court Program

Johnson County has approved and accepted an amendment to an existing contract between the county and the State of Wyoming for continued funding for a program through the county’s drug court program.

County Attorney Tucker Ruby explained what the program is and its purpose.

Ruby said the participants like the program and its been successful, and he believes the county’s program is seeing a better rate of sobriety because of the Thinking For A Change program.

The county accepted the additional funding in the amount of just under $4,700.
