Public Hearing Held, No Action Taken on Bergner Subdivision

A public hearing was held by the Buffalo City Council for the Re-subdivision of Lot 2A of Block One of the Bergner Subdivision during their last regular meeting, although no formal action was taken by the council for approval.

City Building Inspector Terry Asay explained that the parties involved were still waiting on documents from the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality on the re-subdivision and asked that no action be taken at the meeting.

No comment was offered during the public hearing.

Asay, in his report to the council, said his office is renewing contractor licenses and has renewed roughly 50 so far for 2022.

Twelve permits have been issued so far in November, two for new homes.

For the Planning & Zoning Department, they are scheduled to review two lot splits, a possible annexation and a zoning change during this month’s meeting.
