Ranchester Subdivision Approved by Sheridan County

The Bull Pen Minor Subdivision near Ranchester was approved by the Sheridan County Commission at their recent meeting.

According to County Planner Mark Reid, the applicants propose the creation of a minor subdivision on an un-platted 11-acre property for two single-family lots.

The Planning & Zoning Commission also voted 3-0 to recommend approval of the application.
