Buffalo Police Chief Gives Report for September

The Buffalo Police Department had a “routine” September, according to the report given by Chief Jason Carder to the Buffalo City Council at their recent meeting.

Carder said there were 877 incidents in the city during the month, most of which were traffic-related.

There were 83 traffic stops, 10 traffic violations, three REDDI reports, 15 accidents, and one hit-and-run report.

Carder said dispatch handled 3,326 calls and Animal Control Officer Aidan Jenness responded to one call in the county on Camino Vista Montana Road, for which the county was charged $50.
