Council Approves Universal Annexation Agreement for Cloud Peak Ranch

The Sheridan City Council, at a special meeting Monday, approved a universal annexation agreement for the Cloud Peak Ranch development in Sheridan. City Public Works Director Lane Thompson said city staff and the developer have been working together to create the agreement that will be beneficial to the developer and the City.

The Council also approved a resolution to apply for a WAM/WCCA Energy Program Lease for efficiency improvements at City Hall. A bid award to Floyd’s Truck Center for a combination jet vac truck was approved by the Council in the amount of $391,814.
