Kendrick Pool to Reopen with FREE Day

The Sheridan Recreation District will host the grand opening of the renovated Kendrick Pool from noon to 7 p.m. Sunday, June 7. The event is free and open to the public and will include raffles, giveaways and a sensory tent hosted by REACH. The grand opening is sponsored by Bluepeak.

Youth Recreation Supervisor Kylie Modaff and Executive Director Alex Mock said it will be an exciting day full of fun at the newly renovated pool.

During the 2026 pool season, daily admission rates will be $8 for adults ages 18-59, $5 for students ages 8-17 and seniors 60 and older, and $3 for children ages 3-7.

Season passes, available for purchase beginning April 1, are priced at $200 for adults, $150 for youth and seniors, and $300 for families of up to four members. Additional family members may be added for $25 each. A 10-visit punch pass is available for $50.

Water exercise classes will be offered from 11 a.m. to noon Monday through Thursday and from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Friday. Classes cost $3 per session or $25 for a 10-punch pass.

Lap swim sessions will be available from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. Monday through Thursday and from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. Friday. Admission is $2 per session or $15 for a 10-punch pass.

Swim lesson registration opened April 1, with a waitlist available. Lessons cost $50 and begin June 15. Sessions are scheduled four days per week for two weeks. Find more information by clicking here.
