Sheridan Commission Approves NOI for Vacation of Property in Story

Sheridan County’s Commissioners considered a Notice of Intent (NOI) for the vacation of a portion of the alley between Block 3 and 4 in the Town of Lodore Subdivision in unincorporated Story.

County Engineer Ken Muller spoke during the commission’s last regular meeting.

The commission did not discuss the issue and voted to approve the chairman to sign the NOI to vacate the property.
