Sheridan Commission OK’s License Agreements for Water Line

A Master License Agreement and License Agreement have been approved by the Sheridan County Commission for a water line installation for a residential property on County Road 119 a/k/a Dry Ranch Road.

The Master License Agreement is for the purpose of laying, constructing, maintaining, operating, and doing all necessary work in connection with the utility.

The License Agreement is for an open-trench water line tie-in installation perpendicular to the roadway center line for a fee of $600 plus $6 per foot.

The county can waive the fees for residential utility service, which they did in this instance.
