Sheridan Commission Ratifies License Agreements

Sheridan County’s Commissioners have ratified License Agreements with Montana-Dakota Utilities as part of their Consent Agenda at a recent meeting.

According to the Agenda, License Agreement 2523LA is for a bored crossing installation of a single-phase underground conductor at County Road #87, a/k/a Beaver Creek Road, for a fee of $165.

Also ratified was License Agreement 2524LA with MDU for a bored crossing installation of a single-phase underground conductor at County Road #87 a/k/a Beaver Creek Road, for a fee of $165.

Also accepted were the Monthly Statement of Fees from the County Clerk, District Court, County Clerk Elections, Public Works, and Sheriff’s Office.
