Outlaw Commercial Park Subdivision Approved by Sheridan Commission

Sheridan County’s Commissioners considered an application to create the Outlaw Commercial Park Subdivision.

County Planner Mark Reid gave details to the commission.

Reid said the Public Works Department staff recommended approval of the application with one condition.

The condition is that the Draft Outlaw Drive Maintenance Agreement, defining and providing for the maintenance and upkeep of the entire length of Outlaw Drive be executed and recorded by the applicant with the county clerk prior to execution of the final plat.

The commission approved the application.
