CUP Approved for Barn at Big Horn

A Conditional Use Permit (CUP) has been approved by the Sheridan County Commission for the Barn at Big Horn to operate a bar on the premises.

County Planner Mark Reid explained that P&C, LLC, owners of the commercial event center and package liquor, have been operating under a previous CUP, and were requesting another CUP to expand their business model.

The Planning Commission gave four recommendations on the approval concerning lighted signage, approving bar and package liquor sales at the location, terminating an existing condition on a previous CUP, and that no drive-up liquor sales be permitted.

Th commission approved the CUP with the four recommendations.
