Sheridan Commission Approves Amended DFS Contract

Sheridan County’s Commissioners considered an amendment to the contract between the county and the Department of Family Services (DFS) for the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families Community Partnership Initiative (TANF CPI) grant program.

County Administrative Director Cameron Duff explained the need for the amendment.

Duff explained he was not asking for a signature on the documents, just approval to do so due to errors on them that needed to be corrected by the state and sent back to the county.

The commission voted to approve the chairman to sign the corrected documents.
