Utility Easement Vacation Approved by City Council

A request for a utility easement vacation at 130 West Kooi Street in Sheridan was unanimously approved in the form of a resolution by the Sheridan City Council this week. City Planner Kelly Scrhoeder explains why the applicant, Seven Pillars Resources, LLC, requested the utility easement vacation.

Schroeder said that they sent out 17 notifications of the utility easement vacation to nearby property owners and no concerns from the public were shared with City staff.
