President Trump Appoints Cyrus Western to Serve as EPA Region 8 administrator

U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Lee Zeldin announced via a media release Monday that President Donald Trump has appointed Cyrus Western, a Republican from Big Horn, to serve as the EPA Region 8 administrator. As regional administrator, Western will lead the implementation of the administration’s environmental agenda priorities in Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota and with 28 federally-recognized Tribes.
Prior to joining the EPA, Western served as the House Majority Whip in the Wyoming State House of Representatives, serving District 51. While there, he served on the Minerals, Business and Economic Development Committee, chaired the Oil and Gas Bonding Working Group and was vice chair of the Tourism, Recreation and Wildlife Committee.

Congrats Mr. Western. Please be a positive force in “right-sizing” the EPA and making it more responsive to the needs of Americans. We don’t need the heavy hand of Washington dictating to us.
If we always put America and American(s) First, we may still be able to save our country and Make America Great Again.

There must be more to this story. I thought Cyrus had more integrity than to bow to the orange altar.

I applaud his effort to seek gainful employment, regardless of who’s in the Oval office.
And what’s wrong with rooting out wasteful or fraudulent use of our taxpayer supplied dollars?
What’s wrong with getting foreign criminals out of America?
Seems like “Making America Great Again” is a goal every thinking American would want.
