Johnson County Accepts Agreement With Dept. of Family Services

Johnson County’s Commissioners have voted to accept a cooperative agreement between the Wyoming Department of Family Services and the Clerk of District Court concerning child support.

Commission Chairman Bill Novotny explained further.

Novotny said County Attorney Tucker Ruby has reviewed the contract, saying there were no changes from the previous agreement.

Ruby approved and signed the agreement.
