UW Lands on Best College Towns List

Business Insider ranked the University of Wyoming number 9 on its new list of the 20 Best College Towns Where Life Revolves Around Their Universities. During a recent interview on Sheridan Media’s Public Pulse program, UW Marketing and Communications and Public Relations Director Chad Baldwin said the ranking adds to a growing list of similar rankings for the University.

Earlier this year, TIME Magazine ranked UW as the 99th best U.S. university overall — and the nation’s No. 61 public university — in its list of The World’s Top Universities of 2026.
