Jentel Studio Tour Open to Public

The Jentel Artist Residency Program will host its Jentel Studio Tour from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, May 26, at the residency, located at 132 Lower Piney Rd. in Banner. A light lunch will be provided.

The Jentel Artist Residency offers individuals a supportive environment in which to further their artistic development. Jentel offers 3-week residencies from mid-January through early December with private studios and access to Wyoming’s foothills of the Bighorn Mountains.

Featured artists include painter Peter Everett of Spanish Fork, Utah; visual artist Alex Schechter of Greenville, South Carolina; interdisciplinary artist Samara Johnson of Laramie; poet Ty Raso of Provincetown, Massachusetts; writer Jade Song of Brooklyn, New York; and composer Andy Teirstein of Accord, New York.

The public is invited to attend the studio tour. During the event, resident artists will share their artwork, writing and music with the community in their studios.
