Ignite Speakers Will Focus on Resilience
Sheridan County Chamber of Commerce Chief Executive Officer Teresa Detimore and Program Development Director Kim Jacobson made an appearance on Sheridan Media’s Public Pulse and said approximately 130 people have registered for the Ignite Conference so far.
The Chamber is hosting the 11th Ignite Conference, on Tuesday, May 19, at the Ramada Plaza in Sheridan, offering a full day of professional development for local and regional business leaders.
With an executive and entrepreneurs track, the Ignite conference has been tailored for professionals at all levels, the conference will feature training sessions focused on business development, leadership, marketing, human resources, technology and finance. Attendees will be able to choose from multiple class options across five session blocks, including the executive and entrepreneurial tracks.
The keynote lunch presentation with Kate Gladdin will highlight the day’s programming and the wrap up session will be presented by Scott Lee.

Organized by the Chamber’s Business Retention and Expansion Committee, the conference aims to strengthen the local workforce by providing high-quality training opportunities close to home.
Registration is currently open through the Chamber’s website, with discounted rates available for multiple participants from the same company.
