City of Buffalo, Engineer to Host Sunset Avenue Meeting Thursday

The City of Buffalo and Project Engineer Nelson Engineering will host an informational meeting to discuss the upcoming Sunset Avenue project Thursday night at the Johnson County Library.

Brent Bennett, with Nelson Engineering, gave a reminder to the city council during their regular meeting this week.

The public meeting will be Thursday at the Johnson County Library from 5 to 6 p.m.

According to information from Bennett at an earlier meeting, the roughly $3 million project will replace the water distribution line and the sanitary sewer line on Sunset Avenue from Park Lane to Cedar Street, as well as resurface the street.
