Aaron PalmerState Senator Dave Kinskey has been reporting on happenings in Cheyenne during this year’s legislative session.
Today he talks about the removal of the Senate’s first Joint Conference Committee members, which he was one, by Senate President Ogden Driskill, due to what Driskill believed was unwillingness to compromise with their House counterparts on budget negotiations, and gave the impression that the JCC and Kinskey’s leadership specifically were ineffective.
Kinskey was asked about his feelings in the matter.
According to a story from Cowboy State Daily, Senator John Kolb (R-Rock Springs) accused Senator Driskill of purposely setting the JCC up to fail.
Kinskey chose not to comment on that issue.
