Sheridan Commission Vacates Downer Addition Right-of-Way

Sheridan County’s Commissioners have voted to vacate a county-owned right-of-way in the Downer Addition.

The description is a portion of 15^th Street between Lot 1 of Block 80 and Lot 2 of Block 81 in the Downer Addition.

County Engineer Ken Muller discussed the proposal at the commission’s meeting last week.

Commissioner Jennings asked Muller about how the vacation may affect access in the area.

Muller said that was the case.
