Whitney Project Subdivision

A request for a subdivision located near the ice rink in Sheridan was an item of consideration at Monday night’s Sheridan City Council meeting. Sheridan Media’s Ron Richter has the details.

A resolution approving PL-23-25, the final plat of the Whitney Project Subdivision was approved by the Sheridan City Council. A brief public hearing was held prior to the resolution being considered by the Council. City Public Works Director Hanns Mercer.

Future water for the subdivision will be connected to existing utilities in East Brundage Lane and will be available to all of the lots.  Future sewer will be connected to existing utilities in Park Lane and will be available to all of the lots.
