Sheridan Man Receives Probation at Sentencing Hearing

A 29-year-old Sheridan man was sentenced for a couple of drug charges in Fourth Judicial District Court in Sheridan Tuesday. Sheridan Media’s Ron Richter has the details.

Sentencing in District Court

District Court Judge John Fenn accepted the terms of the plea agreement that was reached with the State and sentenced Kenneth Dolzadelli 4 to 8 years in prison for the charge of Delivery of a Controlled Substance- Methamphetamine, suspended in lieu of three years of supervised probation. As part of the plea deal, a charge of Conspiracy to Deliver a Controlled Substance- Methamphetamine, was dismissed. Judge Fenn also ordered Dolzadelli to pay $250 in restitution and $1,110 in various court costs and attorney fees.

According to court documents, in February of last year, agents with the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation became aware that Dolzadelli was distributing methamphetamine in the Sheridan area. He was arrested in May of last year after selling the drug to a confidential informant.
