Troopers Sweep Cody and Host two With Casper Tonight / Rockies fall Against the Brewers

TROOPER BASEBALL – The Sheridan Troopers swept a double header with Cody Saturday ending a four game losing streak they won by scores of 10-5 and came back late and took the second game 11-9.

Trevor Stowe had quite a day at the plate with three home runs and multiple other hits, here’s Head coach Ben Phillips.

And Phillips says Stowe wasn’t the only one doing damage at the plate.

The Troopers host two with Casper tonight and tomorrow they host Gillette they play two in Spearfish, South Dakota Wednesday then head to Billings to open a tournament Friday as Phillips says it’s a great stretch of games through Sunday.

The double header with Casper tonight and Gillette tomorrow will start at 5:00.

TRAIL RUN – The 2021 Big Horn Mountain Trail Run is in the books the 100 mile women’s champ is Maria Sylte of Houston, Texas and the men’s winner was Todd Rose from Puryear, Tennessee. Complete race results can be found on the Big Horn Mountain Trail Run website.

ROCKIES BASEBALL – The Colorado Rockies lost at home Sunday 7-6 against Milwaukee they are off today and open a road series at Seattle tomorrow night first pitch at 8:10 you can hear Rockies baseball on Smart Talk 106.3 FM.
