Regional Soccer Opens Today / Troopers Host Two Double Headers This Weekend

AMERICAN LEGION BASEBALL – Trooper baseball fans will get a full weekend of action the Troops will two very good double headers Saturday against the Billings Royals they will play the Laurel, Montana Dodgers Sunday both double headers start at 1:00.

We sat down with Head coach Ben Phillips at Thorne- Rider stadium Wednesday and he talked about keeping the players sharp over the next couple of weeks before schools out and their full schedule kicks in.

And he says they can get creative in practice to keep the pitching staff sharp as well.

SOCCER – The Bronc and Lady Bronc soccer teams open regional tournament play today over in Gillette. the Lady Broncs open against Campbell county and the Broncs open with Cheyenne South.

TRACK / FIELD – The Sheridan high school track teams will be in Casper for their regional meet starting tomorrow.

The Big Horn and Tongue River track teams will compete at their regional in Torrington.

GOLF – The Bronc and Lady Bronc golfers will play in Gillette today, the spring golf season closes at the conference tournament in Cheyenne Monday.
