BRONC / LADY BRONC BASKETBALL – The Sheridan high school basketball teams both won again Saturday against Riverton they opened the season Thursday sweeping Evanston, Saturday the Lady Broncs beat up Riverton 54-17 while the Broncs also had a lopsided victory winning 73-28.

Lady Broncs Head coach Ryan Sullivan says it’s great for the girls to start the season 2-0.

And for the Broncs they showed how tough they can be on defense and Head coach Jeff Martini was pleased with the effort.

Both teams will host Cody Saturday with games at 1:30 and 3:00.

BH HOOPS – The Big Horn Rams and Lady Rams opened the season dropping games at Lovell.

TR HOOPS – The Tongue River Eagles picked up victories over Kaycee and Lusk while the Lady Eagles split beating Lusk and losing to Kaycee.

SWIMMING / DIVING – The Bronc swimmers and divers started their season in Gillette they were 2nd in the Gillette Penthlon and 1st overall in what they called the 2020 COVID Sprint Classic.

WRESTLING – The Bronc wrestlers opened with multiple dual matches in Cody and Powell and picked up five victories beating Cody, Worland, Riverton, Lander and Powell.

COWBOY BASKETBALL – The Wyoming basketball Cowboys won at Utah Valley Saturday 93-88.

COWBOY FOOTBALL – The Wyoming football Cowboys lost their final game of the season 17-9 against Boise state.
