The Sheridan Hawks hockey team had last weekend off from competition and are ready to get back on the ice for a pair of games.
The team will play this coming Friday and Saturday at Bozeman, which is the only team in the Frontier Division they have yet to play.
The puck drops both nights at 7:30.
Coach J.J. Santagata explains what to expect from the IceDogs.
“They have 3-4 really good lines, they have really solid goaltending, they’re playing a good structured game, they’re coached well, so just like any team you’re going to get in the Frontier, they’re going to get a really hard team that’s never going to quit. You just have to be better in the detail part of the game. You just have to take your chances and opportunities and just make the most of it, don’t give them odd man rushes and don’t give them opportunities where it’s just easy goals in the back of our net.”
The Hawks are back at home next week Friday and Saturday vs. Cody.
