Sheridan County High School Volleyball Results: September 21-23, 2023

Sheridan:
The Lady Broncs went 2-3 at the Casper Invitational.
On Friday, Sheridan defeated Cheyenne South 2-0 (25-15, 25-22), then lost vs. 3A Douglas 2-0 (26-24, 25-21) and lost vs. Kelly Walsh 2-0 (25-21, 25-12).
Playing in the silver bracket on Saturday, Sheridan defeated Natrona 2-1 (26-24, 24-26, 17-15), then lost vs. Cheyenne Central 2-1 (25-16, 20-25, 15-11).
The Lady Broncs are 8-11 on the season with a 1-2 record in the 4A Northeast.
The next scheduled matches are on Friday, September 29th at home vs. Cheyenne East and on Saturday, September 30th at home vs. Cheyenne Central.
Big Horn:
The Lady Rams went 2-4 during the week, but most of their opponents were from bigger classes, at the Casper Invitational.
On Thursday, BH won at Tongue River 3-0 (25-13, 25-22, 25-18).
Then on Friday, it was off to the Casper Invitational where they lost vs. 4A Campbell County 2-1 (25-13, 23-25, 15-7), lost vs. 4A Rock Springs 2-1 (25-20, 21-25, 17-15), and lost vs. 4A Cheyenne East 2-0 (25-22, 25-19).
In Silver Bracket play on Saturday, Big Horn defeated 3A Worland 2-1 (24-26, 25-14, 15-7), then lost again vs. 4A Cheyenne East 2-0 (25-19, 25-16).
The Lady Rams are 16-9-1 on the season with a 2-0 record in the 2A Northeast.
The next scheduled matches are on Friday, September 29th at 3A Moorcroft, and on Saturday, September 30th at home vs. Sundance.
Tongue River:
The Lady Eagles went 2-1 during the week, winning both of their matches on the road.
On Thursday, TR lost at home vs. Big Horn 3-0 (25-13, 25-22, 25-18).
Then on Friday, they won at Sundance 3-1 (21-25, 25-22, 25-22, 25-23) and then on Saturday, won at 3A Lovell 3-2 (19-25, 25-23, 25-22, 21-25, 15-12)
Tongue River is now 10-6-4 on the season with a 1-1 record in the 2A Northeast.
The next scheduled matches are Friday, September 29th at home vs. Wright, and on Saturday, September 30th at home vs. 3A Moorcroft.
Arvada-Clearmont:
The Lady Panthers won Saturday at Ten Sleep 3-0 (25-7, 25-8, 25-10).
A-C is 1-6 on the season with an 0-4 record in the 1A Northeast.
Their next schedule matches are on Tuesday, September 26th at home vs. Sheridan’s Sophomore team, Friday, September 29th at Upton, and on Saturday, September 30th at Rock River.
