Junior Hawks Sweep their Showcase / Cowboy Basketball Opens League Play Next Week / Cowboy Football v Ohio University Next Friday in the Arizona Bowl

JUNIOR HOCKEY – The Sheridan Junior Hawks made a clean sweep at their hockey showcase in Blaine, Minnesota as they registered victories over teams from California, Iowa and New Mexico.
The Hawks will play at home next Friday against Gillette, the team will host skate with the Hawks for kids after the game.
BRONC / LADY BRONC HOOPS – The Bronc and Lady Bronc basketball teams begin the new year Thursday, January 5th at a three day tournament in Cheyenne.
RAMS / EAGLES HOOPS – The Big Horn and Tongue River basketball teams will restart their seasons on January 6th.
WRESTLING – The Sheridan Broncs and Tongue River Eagles will compete at the “Shane Shatto” invitational in Douglas starting January 6th.
SWIMMING / DIVING – The Bronc swimmers and divers host a pre inviational meet January 6th and the Sheridan invitational on the the 7th.
TRACK AND FIELD – The indoor track season begins with practice the first week in January with the first meet set for January 14th in Gillette.
COWBOY FOOTBALL -The Wyoming football Cowboys announced Thursday that several players signed letters of intent to play for the Pokes, Head coach Craig Bohl talks about what they were looking for in high school and portal recruits.
And with the transfer portal becoming a game changer in college recruiting Bohl says it keeps coaching staffs on their toes.
COWBOY HOOPS – The Wyoming basketball Cowboys will open Mountain West Conference play next week on Wednesday at Fresno state.
BRONCO FOOTBALL – The Denver Broncos play at the LA Rams Christmas day, kickoff at 2:30 on KWYO 14-10 AM and 106.9 FM.
