Melva Harrison

In loving memory of Melva June (Tucker) Harrison.

Melva passed away at Big Horn Rehabilitation and Care Center, on July 14, 2022, at the age of 77. She was born on February 25, 1945, in Metropolis, IL.

She is survived by her daughter, Lisa Gilbert, and son-in-law, James, and son, Todd Harrison. Her grandchildren are Kathryn and Kadin Gilbert and Alea Harrison. She is also survived by nephews and nieces.

She was a homemaker and served as a pastor’s wife, alongside her husband Charles, with the Assemblies of God for 53 years. She had a passion for music, sewing, and birds.

A private memorial service was held at Bethesda Worship Center officiated by Pastor Scott Lee.
