BRONC SWIMMING AND DIVING – The Sheridan Bronc swimmers and divers finished 5th at the state championships in Laramie.
Head coach Brent Moore says the Broncs had a great state meet.
And he says that performance finished up a tremendous season for the Broncs.
And he says now that the high school swimming and diving season is over for the year looking back to when the girls season began in September it’s been quite a season through the pandemic and they are all grateful they were able to compete.
RAMS / EAGLES REGIONAL BASKETBALL – The Big Horn and Tongue River basketball teams open regional tournament play Thursday afternoon the boys are playing in Moorcroft the girls will play in Wright all games Thursday are single elimination.
At the girls tournament the Big Horn Lady Rams will open with Moorcroft and the Lady Eagles take on Sundance.
In the boys first round it will be Big Horn taking on Tongue River for the chance to advance.
BRONC / LADY BRONC BASKETBALL – The Sheridan high school teams close out the regular season with games at Casper Kelly Walsh Friday night game times are 5:30 and 7:00 and can be heard on 14-10 KWYO and 106.9 FM.
COWBOY BASKETBALL – The Wyoming Cowboys host San Jose state Thursday night the game will tip off at 7:00 on KWYO and 106.9 FM.
STATE WRESTLING – The Bronc wrestlers will compete the 4-A Wyoming state championships will be a one day event in Casper Saturday matches get underway at 9am.
The Tongue River wrestling qualifiers will compete in the 2-A state tournament Thursday.
STATE INDOOR TRACK – Bronc and Lady Bronc indoor track state qualifiers will be in Gillette to compete in the one day state meet Saturday events get started at 10:00 am.
JUNIOR HOCKEY – The Sheridan Junior Hawks go on the road for two in Bozeman, Montana Friday and Saturday.
