Luhman Announces Re-election for City Council
Current Sheridan City Councilman Greg Luhman has announced his candidacy for a second term. Luhman, via a media release, said he remains committed to fostering open, honest discussion on the issues facing the community. He will continue working alongside civic and private organizations to strengthen Sheridan and uphold the values that matter most to its residents.
Drawing on his experience as a fire captain, business owner, and civic leader, Luhman emphasizes leadership grounded in integrity and accountability. His approach to public service is shaped by the Christian values instilled by his parents on their five-generation family farm.
Luhman remains actively involved in the community. He serves as President of the Museum at the Bighorns, Chairman of the Sheridan Public Arts Committee, District Vice President of the Wyoming Historical Society, a board member of the Big Horn Arts Collective, a Council appointee to the Downtown Sheridan Association, and a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church. Luhman and his wife, Shelley, have four grown sons and two grandchildren, most of whom live and work in the Sheridan area.
