Hot Air Balloon ‘Hot and Bothered’

At the Memorial Day Ceremony held last Monday at the Sheridan Cemetery, Ginny Rieger of Cloud Peak Ballooning was on hand to talk about her hot air balloon, ‘Hot and Bothered,’
Rieger learned to fly balloons in Riverton and moved to Sheridan in 2014.
Hot air balloons are powered by the burning of liquid propane, making the air inside the balloon lighter than air. The pilot and her passengers ride in a basket suspended from the balloon. They give the riders a relaxing, scenic ride above the hustle and bustle of the earth below.
She can be reached at Sheridan Balloon Lady on Instagram and at Cloud Peak Ballooning on Facebook.
