Sheridan Commission OKs Agreement on French Pete Incident

The Sheridan County Commission has approved a Professional Services Agreement between the county, ACR Consultants, and Larry and Mary Durante to complete the inventory and eligibility determination for the French Pete Incident.

Commissioner Nick Siddle explains more about the agreement and the incident connected to it.

According to the agreement, the county agrees to pay the contractor a not-to-exceed cost of $8,220 for the work outlined in the agreement.
