Commission Approves Helsberg Subdivision Variance

Sheridan County’s Commissioners have approved a lot size variance request in the Helsberg Subdivision.

According to County Planner Mark Reid, Robert and Sheryl Levi applied for a variance to accommodate a boundary line adjustment.

He explained the request further.

The Planning & Zoning Commission voted 3-0 to recommend approval of the request.

According to discussions at the meeting, the Helsberg Subdivision is located on Tepee Trail off of Red Grade Road.

No comment was offered during the public hearing, and the commission voted to approve the request.
