Pat BlairU.S. Senator-elect Cynthia Lummis has announced a slate of communications, policy and field staff to serve in key roles in her offices in Washington D.C. and Wyoming.
Among them are Matt Jones of Sheridan as her Sheridan-based field representative. Jones previously served with Lummis when she was a representative in the U.S. House of Representatives.
Jones is a graduate of Sheridan High School and received an associate’s degree from Sheridan College. He has also served on the staffs of former Senators Malcolm Wallop and Craig Thomas, former Governor Jim Geringer and current U.S. Senator John Barrasso.
In addition to Sheridan, Lummis has named field representatives in Casper, Cheyenne, Star Valley and Cody. Lummis also named Scott Ratliff of Riverton as her tribal liaison.
Lummis will be sworn into office on Jan. 3 in Washington D.C.
