Education Funding Shortfall

Last week Wyoming Governor Mark Gordon announced state budget cuts totalling $250 million. The Governor said there is a significant shortfall in funding for K-12 education in Wyoming.

Governor Gordon said that this is where local control comes in, as they know best where to make those cuts. He added that he believes education is vital to the success of Wyoming.
