The Jentel Artist Residency has announced it will host its next “Jentel Presents” event Tuesday, April 28, at the Inner Circle of the Sheridan County Fulmer Public Library in Sheridan.

The event will run from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and invites community members to bring a lunch and enjoy presentations from current Jentel artists in residence. Light refreshments will be provided.

“Jentel Presents” gives visiting artists the opportunity to share their work with the Sheridan community, including visual art, writing and music. The current cohort includes artists from across the country who have come to Wyoming as part of the residency program.

This month’s presenters include painter and sculptor Christian Hastad of Austin, Texas; poet Anthony Lombardi of Brooklyn, New York; painter Stephanie Rose of Powell; songwriter Maggie Dubris of New York City; composer Lisa Gutkin of New York; and fiction writer Emma Binder of Madison, Wisconsin.

The event is free and open to the public.
