Pat BlairA male suspect is being held in Montana pending formal charges relating to a homicide Sunday night in Big Horn.
An active investigation is being conducted by the Sheridan County Sheriff’s Office and the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation.
According to a report from the county sheriff’s office, the office was called shortly after 8 p.m. Sunday by a family member who said the male subject called the family member and said he had killed someone.
County sheriff’s deputies responded to the subject’s address in Big Horn and found three people, all adults, dead.
The male suspect was apprehended in Montana, shortly before 10 p.m., by the Big Horn County Sheriff’s office.
The Sheridan County Sheriff’s Office said formal charges will be filed at a later date and in the meantime, there is no threat to the Sheridan County community.
