What wonderful memories I have of Loy. She shared my passion for art and creative people. Our encounters were few, but memorable. I remember a very vibrant and talented lady that was inspiring to be around. I know she will be missed by her sister, Marcia, and niece, Ann, as well as numerous friends and neighbors.
