Sheridan Commission OKs Amendment on Sheriffs Office Project

The Sheridan County Commission has approved and accepted an amendment to the agreement between the county and Arete Design Group concerning the renovation and expansion project on the Sheridan County Sheriff’s Office.

County Administrative Director Cameron Duff explained why the amendment was necessary.

Duff said the total on the change order was $23,900 and that $3,000 of it would be for additional fees connected to the sheriff’s office remodel with the remaining $20,900 for additional fees for the new coroner’s building.

The commission approved the amendment.
