Weekend Local Sports Schedule full of Great Expectations

WRESTLING – The Sheridan Bronc wrestlers will compete at a meet in Missoula, Montana this weekend, the Tongue River Eagles will compete at a tournament in Newcastle this weekend.

The Lady Bronc wrestlers will also be part of the field of teams at that invitational in Newcastle matches start today.

SHS HOOPS – The Sheridan high school basketball teams play at home tonight against Kelly Walsh, the girls start at 5:30 the boys will follow at 7:00 and we will broadcast both live on KWYO 14-10 AM and 106.9 FM and our live video web stream at sheridanmedia.com.

RAMS / EAGLES HOOPS – The Big Horn basketball teams play at Shoshoni today the Tongue River teams are idle, the big day is tomorrow when the Rams and Lady Rams play at Tongue River game times in Dayton at scheduled for 3:30 and 5:00.

PANTHERS / LADY PANTHERS HOOPS – The Arvada / Clearmont Panthers and Lady Panthers will play at the “Little Six” tournament in Midwest this weekend games start today.

COWBOY HOOPS – The Wyoming basketball Cowboys host Boise state tomorrow night it’s a late tip at 9:00 on KWYO 14-10 AM and 106.9 AM, Head coach Jeff Linder says Boise state has a very good club this season.

SWIMMING / DIVING – The Bronc swimmers and divers will be on the road for dual meets in Laramie today, and then the Cheyenne invitational tomorrow..

TRACK – The 2023 indoor track season starts tomorrow with Gillette hosting the first event of the season.

JUNIOR HAWKS – The Sheridan Junior Hawks and Gillette Wild play home and home this weekend the Hawks are at home tonight at 7:30.
