Aaron PalmerJohnson County Healthcare Center’s Family Medical Center Clinic Director Miranda Camino, in her recent report to the hospital board, said influenza is “very prevalent” in the community at this time, and because of that, the clinic has been offering drive-up flu shots similar to the drive-up COVID testing they have been offering for some time.
Board President Dr. Mark Schueler talked about possible effects of construction on the clinic.
Camino said they have a game plan and are prepared for construction effects on the clinic.
She aldo reported the numbers of patients seen in the clinic last month were up roughly 100 over the same month last year, and that the clinic is currently fully staffed.
