Jeff Harry Wyatt Gardner, known to everyone as, “Wyatt,” 35, passed away due to undetermined medical condition, on September 5, 2025.

Wyatt was born on August 6, 1990, to LouAnn and James Gardner at Bergen Mercy Hospital in Omaha, Nebraska.

Wyatt attended Meadowlark Elementary and graduated from Sheridan High School in 2009. He graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry in 2014. He worked in Cody Regional Health in their Emergency Department after receiving his certificate in Outdoorsman EMT in Northern California. He completed the excelled Physician Assistant Program at Sullivan University in Louisville, Kentucky; then accepted a position in the Emergency Department at Sheridan Memorial which lead to his current position at “Same Day Health Care.”

Wyatt was a world traveler, being in seven countries in Europe and then a big trip to Alaska with his Uncle’s, salmon and halibut fishing in Prince William Sound and taking a dip in Prudoe Bay. He had the most adventurous spirit; loved fly-fishing, golf, skiing all over the country and belonging to the Antelope Butte Ski Patrol. The love for our Big Horn Mountain Cabin was always a highlight for all to enjoy snowmobiling, hiking up Lamburger Rock, fishing, cutting wood and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The Bull Bison hunt was a huge success in Jackson. He loved hunting antelope, deer and elk with his friends and was an excellent shot.

Wyatt was loved by his patients, and, of course, being of his kind-hearted and generous nature, who could not help but LOVE him!

Wyatt is survived by his loving Mother, LouAnn, brothers, Jacob Mark from Omaha, NE (Ella, Halle, & Briggs), James Tyler and Gina of Buffalo, WY (Lewi) and John Weston of Sheridan, WY. Also, survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

We are so saddened by Wyatt’s passing and missing all his hugs, smiles, laughter and his sharing of his many adventures. We are very thankful for all his family and many, many friends for all their support! May you RIP Wyatt!

I am deeply shocked and saddened to hear this. Wyatt got me on the road to recovery three weeks ago when I had to come into Urgent Care. He was such a caring, compassionate person. He got a very positive review from me in the after care survey from my visit.
